What Event Hoster does

Organizing a business event means that everything has to fit together, right in time. Event Hoster organizes your next virtual event in any time zone or your in-person event in Germany. If you organize the event on your own, you can book single event services.

Our customers are small and medium sized businesses, startups and companies that want to host an event without organizing it themselves. Events of 50 to 200 people.

Event Hoster provides what you need: a venue, equipment, catering, and whatever else comes up. Just show up, we'll handle the rest.

What does Event Hoster do?

Event Hoster hosts business events for companies, for up to 200 attendees: virtual events in any time zone as a full service, in-person events in Frankfurt, the Rhine-Main region or any other German city as a full service, and single event services such as renting equipment. The team has organized dozens of business events since 2022 in Frankfurt, Berlin and Munich.

Who is behind Event Hoster?

A team of six event managers. You receive written documentation up front and a named event manager for your event. The services are provided by Gateflow, a company in Frankfurt, and every payment comes with a proper invoice.

Tight deadline or tight budget?

The services are made for small and medium sized businesses. Event Hoster names a fixed price in advance, and you pay only for the services you requested, upon ordering. You can also request a formal proposal and pay the invoice after both sides have confirmed it.

How much time do you need to plan an event?

Six to eight weeks. The team has also run events with a few days of notice. Write to team@eventhoster.net with your date.
