Which equipment does your event need?

Your venue has the room but not the projector, the chairs or the glasses? Rent the missing items here. Every item has a fixed price per day, and you pay only what you order.

Pickup in Frankfurt. If you need delivery to your venue, write to team@eventhoster.net with your date and the address.

A talk in front of 100 people needs a projector, a screen and one microphone. A panel needs an audio system with a microphone per speaker. A reception needs glasses and tables. Tell Event Hoster what you plan, and you get a list of the items and their price.

What if an item is not in the list?

The catalog names nine items. If you need something else, such as a stage, lighting or a printer, write to team@eventhoster.net with what you need and your date.

What does equipment cost?

From 10 EUR per item. Event Hoster names a fixed price in advance, and you pay only what you order.

Who is behind Event Hoster?

A team of six event managers. You receive written documentation up front and a named event manager. The services are provided by Gateflow, a company in Frankfurt, and every payment comes with a proper invoice.

How much time do you need?

48 hours or more. The team has also delivered with a few hours of notice. Write to team@eventhoster.net with your date.
