Which venue fits your event?

You have the date and the guest list, and you need a room. Tell Event Hoster the city, the number of guests and what happens at the event, and you get a shortlist of venues with a fixed price each.

The price depends on the venue, the city and the day of the week. From 2,000 EUR per venue.

A meetup with talks needs a hall with a stage and a screen. A dinner for decision makers needs a restaurant with a private room. A team party needs a bar and space to stand. Event Hoster has booked venues in Frankfurt, Berlin and Munich since 2022 and knows which rooms work for which event.

What does a venue cost?

From 2,000 EUR per venue. The price depends on the room, the city and the date. Event Hoster names a fixed price in advance, and you pay only what you order.

Can Event Hoster run the whole event?

Yes. In-person events as a full service start at 3,000 EUR per event, venue included.

Who is behind Event Hoster?

A team of six event managers. You receive written documentation up front and a named event manager. The services are provided by Gateflow, a company in Frankfurt, and every payment comes with a proper invoice.

How much time do you need to book a venue?

48 hours or more for the booking itself. Write early to team@eventhoster.net with your date and your city, then the choice of rooms is larger.
